About Me
Fuad G. Rafidi is the founder of Rafidi Law Inc where he represents Plaintiffs in personal injury matters, and advocates for the rights of the people in Criminal Defense. Fuad is Palestinian-American born where he grew up in the city of Oak Forest, Illinois. Growing up, Fuad developed a strong passion to be an attorney. Prior to being an attorney, Fuad’s father was involved in a trip and fall incident in the City of Chicago where he broke his femur. His father’s injury was unexpected and Fuad’s father needed the voice of an injury lawyer. It was his father’s injury that helped Fuad develop an interest in personal injury law which is why “when the unexpected happens, who will be your voice? Your only choice, Rafidi Law”. When Fuad’s father broke his femur, it took a toll on him and Fuad was able to see what his father experienced after the incident first hand. Since then, Fuad strived and obtained his biggest asset which is to put in the time, the work, the energy, and his experience to zealously represent clients in personal injury related matters, and to do so with integrity. Whether that be a personal injury matter or a criminal matter, people need a lawyer who will help guide them through the process and who will fight to get them the best results under their own factual circumstances. Throughout his years of experience, Fuad was capable of obtaining over a million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in settlements and it is Fuad’s goal to get you the best outcome that you deserve. Throughout his experience, Fuad was part of a First Degree Murder trial team which achieved a “Not Guilty” verdict in Markham, Illinois.
